Looking at the mockup I see several radio buttons that are almost
identical - the only difference being a single word / phrase in the
strings.

Could we reduce the number of radio buttons by perhaps introducing
another widget?  Perhaps we can have a dropdown list with the two
options 

Cancels
Doesn't Cancel

with a single radio button, like so:

Capslock uses internal capitalization.  Shift <dropdown widget> Capslock

This reduces the number of lines involved and simplifies the interface,
but I don't know if this is the correct way to simplify it.

Anyone have any thoughts on this idea?
