this seems to be a bug. if i change the line

ObjectPath ip4conf_path = device.Ip4Config ;
to
Value ip4conf_path = device.Ip4Config ;
and fix the remaining bugs by hand in the C code i get this GType:
GParamValueArray

please file a bug
