seems all XInclude regression tests fails there, no idea why, and
the raw output is not sufficient to get an idea of what's going on.
One would need to run the xmllint command manually and make the
diff to try to guess what's really happening.

to validate basic type dateTime
Could be a date/time system support difference. hard to tell without
a debugging session on that box.
