[xml] xmlTextReaderClose() and xmlFreeTextReader()

The TextReader code examples only use xmlFreeTextReader() function at the end of processing, and none use xmlTextReaderClose(). So I am perplexed about the relationship of these two closely related functions and would like to know how to use them without any conflict.
