[xml] encoding-type

Hi,

I try to use the htmlParser of libxml2 but i have some problems about the
encoding
which i haven't fully understund.

I use the testHTML.exe and the function-----> htmlParseFile(filename, NULL)
I don't have problems with sites with other type of encoding (for example
charset=iso-8859-1) except some errors which dont affect the parsing.

The html site i want to parse has the encoding: charset=ISO-8859-7
What am i have to do before i call the libxml's functions?
