[xml] make check failure in python

Hi,

I am getting one test failure for the python tests:

Making all in .
Making all in tests
## running Python regression tests
-- serialize.py
error serializing HTML document 4

The delta is:
-<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
+<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">

Any idea where that comes from?
