Finally, I noticed that :

I had no file named 
libxml2.so.2.7.0 but libxml2.so.9.0
I had no file named libxml2.so.2.6.27 but libxml2.so.8.27

so I deleted that (old, yes yes) libxml2.so.9.0 file, and renamed the (just compiled) libxml2.so.8.27 file to libxml2.so.2.6.27
 and...

... the compile succeed !

VERY weird !!!
I keep going on my original work, but I sure will investigate on this very strange point.
