[Anjuta-list] compile commands

If I go Settings->Commands and add a command (`pkg-config some_package`)
to the end of the compile file and build file lines, pressing F9 will
utilize that line. However, after that I am stuck because pressing
Shift-F9, F10 or F11 refuse to use the "Settings->Commands" commands.
This seems to be because those commands use the make file. But how do I
customize the make file compile command through the GUI, or do I need to
manually edit the makefile?
