It was also said that we would not do it again though I couldn't find
records of this in the Board minutes of Nov and Dec 2003, probably my fault.
And I didn't see it discussed in recent board meeting minutes either,
the last one being March 22 2004 if I believe foundation-announce archives

It comes from nowhere, agaisnt expectations, there is no record track,
and a huge messaging error. Could you try to get things back under control?

  Dohh !

Did you had an advisory board meeting at GUADEC, is there minutes I missed ?
Since the board execution is limited by its status (good thing),
IMHO the communication side is really the most useful part of the board
work w.r.t. the community.

And thanks too, I know it's not easy !
