.po files

Where should the gnome-libs.po file come from? I've looked through the
Makefile, and it looks like nothing's in there to generate it.

I'm trying to compile gnome on a Solaris 2 machine, and will put together a
doc (maybe an addition to gnome-libs/HACKING?) that others can use as a
first time compile FAQ.

Nils.
