I think you should setting up so called IP Masqerading.

Actually, that doesn't difficult, this is the network related stuff I learned when I'm
new to linux : )

Anyway, I think gnome-list is a place for the question on Gnome specific.
You should ask such kind of question in some other place, like the news 
group from your local linux user group.
