Nautilus 1.0: strings and schedule

GNOME translators,

Nautilus is quickly approaching its code freeze, which is at the end of
this week. We plan to freeze the strings this Wednesday (Feb 21) to give
translators a couple days to finish updating the po files.

Note that very few strings are likely to change between now and Wednesday,
so translators can get a head start on things by updating the po files
before Wednesday.  This will make the final changes at the end of the week
easier.
