Still, we may need a way for users to select the current layout from the
configuration dialog. Say somebody goes there, adds a new layout because
that's the one he wants to use. It may not be obvious why the previous
one is still selected, because it's easy to miss the fact that a new
notification icon has appeared.

What I mean is that for users that only use one layout, it may seem
strange that you have to add one to the list and select the new one.
Especially because people may be reluctant to remove the old layout
immediately, in case something goes wrong. Would adding by default the
new layout to the top of the list be a good idea?
