Misc Balsa stuff

Hi all,

Double clicking on an open mailbox now brings it to the front of the
notebook (or, at least, it should). I cleaned up some code,
eliminated a few compiler warnings, etc..

I tried out the new balsa/init code and it looks really nice!

It seemed much more intuitive to me.

Is the white box in the upper right corner of the first page space for a
logo/icon?

I did find one peculiarity -- when I tried to cancel it gave a core dump
rather than exiting gracefully. I haven't looked at it, but here is a
quick and dirty bt from gdb:

#0 0x4049d111 in ?? () from /lib/libc.so.6
#1 0x4049e447 in ?? () from /lib/libc.so.6
#2 0x4042a2d3 in ?? () from /usr/lib/libglib-1.2.so.0

I hope the new code to bring the Mailbox to the front didn't interfere
with Mikael's keyboard navigation patch -- that sounds very useful, but I
haven't had a chance to look at it myself.

(As far as the release goes, the only thing that I personally /must/ do
before it goes out is to fix the SMTP problem w/ some servers and put in
basic error handling. I guess now that Peter's init/config code is in we
should focus on bugs/compiler warnings/basic UI inconsistencies? What do
you think?)
