I can agree to the unused options stuff :) We wouldn't do that.

Tell me what you think. (And I can just remove the unused stuff for
a while, until it's needed.)

Things I added that's not in use: view all headers, automaticly update of
treelist and compose message font.

I was about to make a patch to include, but I got some conflicts when
updateing from CVS, I'll fix that if and when this changes are commited :)
