Hi.

I have just committed two day work. This fixes a lot of stuff concerning
the build system (Makefile.am, balsa.spec.in, configure.in).
It includes the removal of GOB generated files and the weird stuff of
the use_sys_install.

Added the option --no-private-header to gob to make it work like it used
to but I need to change some other things to make it work. Peter you
should take a look at the changes and see if all is correct (GOB now
supports arrays and you had to hack to replaced them maybe you can
change it).

Also fixed the problems with postponing. This includes saving FCC and
immediate removal of the message continued from the mailbox (not just
marking). Also made the continue button work only with the drafbox (if
people real feel the need to continue on other boxes maybe we can have an
option for that or let people move the email to draft box).

The postpone is almost finished. I just need to fix one TODO which takes
the message which was being replied and set it with answerer. The keep
of already attached files is not done started yet but I think I know how
to fix it.

The fcc on the send message window where fixed to Inbox, Sentbox, 
Draftbox and Trash. If someone changed the name of the boxes (for
localization) then the postpone would not work properlly.

I did also successfully built an balsa RPM for RedHat 6.x and I will build
the RPM for the next version of balsa.
