Changes on CVS

Hi.

Like Stuart said in a previous email you now need GOB and docbook to build
from CVS. If you build from the distribution tar you will not need any
of them but for the CVS you need them.

If you don't have docbook upgrade to the latest version if you already
have one and it is 3.0 you are OK.

You can get docbook source or RPM from

	http://sourceware.cygnus.com/docbook-tools/
