Balsa 0.9.2 compile errors

I am getting the folowing compile errors when trying to compile 0.9.2 :

cc1: warnings being treated as errors
dcgettext.c: In function `dcgettext__':
dcgettext.c:300: warning: implicit declaration of function `stpcpy'

I am configuring with : ./configure --enable-all --enable-threads --enable-gtkhtml
