Confiiguring with --disable-more-warnings should allow you to get past
this error, but I would like to find the cause...
I am guessing that this error occured in the intl directory? What
OS/Distro are you running?? and what version of the xgettext package have
you got installed?
dcgettext is a file which is generated by gettext you see, so I think this
is probably a bug with that package.
