Yep, I removed it as it was not used in the cvs code. I remember that it was
used to get the complete message for printing before I wrote the new style
print routine which handles every part separately.

Should work, if you just want to have all parts of `text' mime type in one
huge string. Be sure to call this function with reply_prefix_str=NULL, llen=0,
and probalely ignore_html=FALSE (depends if you want to ignore text/html parts
or not...)
