it never worked for me.

but there is another prob (pronounce it "feature"):

the text in html-mails is not wrapped correctly

either it is not wrapped at all or it is longer than your window in both
the preview pane and the mail-window.

And if you resize the mail-window it tries to "rewrap" but that feature
isn't working correctly, too.
