Hi.
Finaly I got balsa working on Tru64 UNIX without pspell. I simply
ifdefed out everything that has "spell" in its name. Who wants the
patches?
There are still some problems.
- Help does not work. - ~/.signature is not included (automagicly /
when pressing Ctrl+Z) in the message window.
- Gimp works well, but every gnome programm I start fails with:
Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by C library
Gdk-ERROR **: BadAccess (attempt to access private resource denied)
serial 65 error_code 10 request_code 133 minor_code 5
Gdk-ERROR **: BadDrawable (invalid Pixmap or Window parameter)
serial 66 error_code 9 request_code 55 minor_code 0
It works when I start the programm with "--no-xshm"
- Even with this option balsa crashes somtimes with an error message
like the above.
- Some, but not all pixmaps in buttons, menues, ... are scrambled.
(Problem with imlib, gdk-pixbuf, ...?)
- where do I get "gnome-text-plain.png", "gnome-text-PLAIN.png" and
"gnome-multipart-alternative.png"? I get _lots_ of errors like:
** WARNING **: Cannot find expected file "gnome-text-plain.png"
(spliced with "p
ixmaps") with no extra prefixes
