i like this one better, if possible push 1.4 to stable. i don't know
enough about debian policy to know if that's possible :)
at any rate, balsa2 is still development and contains some bugs that
might make some people want to use 1.4 so if isn't too much trouble
doing a 1.4 package (note the 1.4 branch is mostly grinding to an halt)
and a separate balsa2 would be best
