[ANNOUNCE] development balsa-1.3.1 released

Hello,

I would like to announce balsa-1.3.1 release. This is a development 
release that includes fixes for printing of multipart messages with 
different content-types, rescanning of local directories, delayed 
message deletion (and undeletion), external editor support, imap 
message caching, and some bug fixes as well. You can get the files from
