ANNOUNCE: balsa-1.2.4 released.

Hello,

I would like to announce balsa-1.2.4 release. This is a stable release. 
The major changes with respect to 1.2.3 are:

- mailbox synchronize opereration is improved.
- IMAP passwords do not have to be stored any more in MT build.
- message threads are traversed more consistently.
- fixed crash on adding IMAP mailboxes.
- other UI improvements.
- mutt security patch.
