The apps I know are gpa (uses gpgme 0.4.0), seahorse (see Jacob's mail),
sylpheed and evolution (both using the 0.3 series). As the new api is
indeed much cleaner, I guess that they will also move soon. Until, it may
be necessary to have 0.3.x, 0.4.0 and 0.4.2 installed 8in parallel,
though...
