Balsa with gmime-2.0 and mutt shows allright.

So, the question is whether the following string is a properly encoded
or not:
0]=?UTF-8?Q?=20=D0=BD=D0=B5=20libstrongswan?=
According to rfc2822, value of Subject header is supposed to be an
unstructured text but I do not see directly how this connects to
encoded words of RFC2047... Anybody?
