Can you provide a bit more context here?  What infrastructure are we talking about?  As your message seems to imply Valentin is driving, maybe it makes sense for him to post background and a proposal?

To provide some additional structure to our current repositories, I propose to create a new subgroup called infrastructure_services. Inside we will have a repo called buildstrea_infrastructure with the current code Valentin is using.
