Hi,

I have just merged
https://gitlab.com/BuildStream/buildstream/merge_requests/1703 that formats code
using Black.

Since this MR touched almost every file, there's a good chance you will need to
rebase your branches, in case you have any.

Having said that, I expect the rebasing to be relatively painless since Black is
a stable formatter. If you get any conflicts during rebasing, checkout code
to any syntactically (and semantically) correct version or run Black.

Black can be run via `tox -e format`.
