    Revert "cogl has installed tests now"
    
    This reverts commit bf28ac30aee0d44799dd5382b282a9662dc3b3b4.
    Unfortunately the cogl tests aren't ready for a variety of reasons:
    
    1) Need a patch to get them to even run
    2) When they do run, the constant crashing easily paralyzes the VM
       due to so many systemd-coredump processes.  The latter needs
       to be fixed, and so does the crashing.
