The best replacement for that doc that I can find is at:

http://cvs.gnome.org/lxr/source/gnome-core/doc/reference/panel-applet/panel-applet-docs.sgml

but it's only in SGML format. I'm not sure where to find a more readable
format.

Could someone point one out to me please? (Jamie isn't the first person
to ask about this)
