If it's changed since 1.3.11 (which it appears to have; I'm not running
cvs gtk, 1.3.11 is from the devel platform beta) then the configure
scripts need updating to show a newer gtk+ dependancy. (It is 1.3.1
ATM).

PS. I thought gtk was API-frozen by 1.3.11?
