One thing that came up earlier today was that there should possibly be
something in here about how to set up multihead/Xinerama (although
admittedly that's not GNOME-specific), and more importantly the expected
behaviour of certain features (e.g. panel) when running on such a
setup.  

(This in response to a number of comments from beta testers about
'unexpected' behaviour on multihead/xinerama setups, some of which is
actually intentional).
