I dunno about everyone else, but I just want to cry :)

Anyway, given that the discussion date is past and nobody has requested
an extension, I'm going to re-read all the emails, make sure that GEP-2
reflects them, and then I'll re-post it and we can work out just what
we're going to do with it...
