I used to use tabs on the left in galeon 1.2 since I could show a _lot_ of
open tabs there and have them long enough to give a meaningful name. Since
most web sites have a limited horizontal size, nearly all would fit nicely in
the space remaining to the right in a large window. I do miss this.
