notification area keynav?

Hi folks:

I need some assistance with this bug:

It's filed against DrWright but it may be a general notification-area
bug.  Either way, since DrWright is proposed for 2.4, we need keynav for
it (and other notification area items that have postable context menus).

Could someone in notification-area-land have a quick look to confirm
that menu posting and other keynav works for the notification area?  If
you have questions about how keynav in the should work, please ask Calum
- though I think anything that behaves like other panel objects (i.e.
tab-focus, ctrl-tab to get out of tab-grabbing things, possibly arrow
keys for subfocus) would be OK.
