Debian sid maintainers, please upgrade libtool!

Hi all,

Would maintainers who are using Debian sid please upgrade libtool before
making your next releases? This will fix the problems with CC="ccache gcc"
that have affected a number of recent tarballs. Affected GNOME tarballs (not
necessarily in the D&DP releases, but these are the ones I've noticed):

  control-center
  gpdf
  libgnomeprint
  libgnomeprintui
  galeon
  epiphany-extensions
  gnumeric
  cherokee (required by gnome-network)
  gnome-system-tools
