gmodconfig does have a manual which is installed with ScrollKeeper.  The
manual seems to describe the basic interface.  Ideally, documentation
for such a program would document the task, and not just the interface. 
But I understand that that's potentially a lot of work, and not the sort
of thing that most tech writers are up to.
