   Generally, you should request an account from the sys admin,
See http://sysadmin.gnome.org/contact.html for some contact info.

   It will require you to send your user name and crypted password.
   Once you got one, you should also send a e-mail to this list to say 
if it is okay to import to
gnome cvs. Given the level of interest and the 'gnome'ness of this 
module, I don't people
would object to you :)
