Yelp patches

Hi all,

Attached to bugs 126456[1] and 322195[2] are a couple of largish patches
for yelp.

The first is to add printing support using libgnomeprint* and the second
improves startup time with man pages.

These have both been sent to the doc-devel list with no response, so I'm
asking here in the hope that people will test them and we can get them
committed before feature freeze.

Especially useful would be anyone with a real, actual printer testing
the printing patch.
