Run Apps/commands after Gnome-Login-Session

Hello all,

Does anyone know, how i could execute/run commands or applications after 
a user log into gnome-session?

When a user logs into gnome, it will automatically display an 
application that i type.

If i use .profile in home folder it will automatically display the 
applications, but in this situation it will start first, and not after 
the gnome-session has started. What i want is to start automatically one 
application after gnome-session(The last feature to be executed)!
