atk seems to be under
  http://svn.gnome.org/viewcvs/atk/tags/gnome-2-16/
instead of
  http://svn.gnome.org/viewcvs/atk/branches/gnome-2-16/

Similarly for gail at:
  http://svn.gnome.org/viewcvs/gail/tags/gnome-2-16/

I know SVN makes no difference between tags and branches, but lets
have at least some consistency.  Can you please move these to
gail/branches/?
