I am using Fedora 8 and it doesn't
exists.  Googling around I can see that it was part of gnome-media but
that package in my fedora system only has the following binaries:
/usr/bin/cddb-slave2-properties
/usr/bin/gnome-audio-profiles-properties
/usr/bin/gnome-cd
/usr/bin/gnome-volume-control
/usr/bin/gstreamer-properties

Sounds like a Fedora bug: http://bugzilla.redhat.com/. Upstream GNOME still ships with g-s-r.
