How do I request a patch review?

Hi everyone,

What is the proper procedure for requesting a patch review for a bug?
Bug 341441 [1] has had a patch for about six months and users say it
works, but no maintainer has given feedback. I'm afraid they might not
be aware of the bug entry. How do I reach a maintainer so they can
review the patch?
