At least for "home" environments, I suppose a major lacking feature in
current Print panel is the ability to activate/check the cups-avahi
stuff (publish printers configured on $LOCALHOST - show printers shared
by other $HOSTS - share/unshare a specific printer).

Maybe an option to allow all users to cancel any print job could be
interesting (I can't print 'cause cups hanged on my roommate job, but
now she is at swimming pool)

I suspect reprint policies and banner management are not suited for
Print panel design and idea, so I hope system-config-printer will be not
discontinued, for the sake of lazy data center admins who don't want to
learn cups.conf syntax in order to set up a new printer :)
