I think that somebody with a hammer sees every problem as a nail. You
don't need to store alarms in Zeitgeist, you need to store the fact that
the alarm went off in Zeitgeist.


Both are stored into Zeitgeist. The fact that there was a scheduled event (alarm) is there until the alarm time is reached. The entry is then changed from scheduled activity to a notification.

This is technical really I think we should take this into irc.
