GtkSourceView changes in jhbuild

Hi,

GtkSourceView 3.24 has branched, master is now open for GtkSourceView 4
development, which breaks backward-compatibility with GtkSourceView 3.

The jhbuild modulesets have been modified exactly as for GTK+:
1. Rename the gtksourceview module to gtksourceview-3
2. For gtksourceview-3, set the branch to gnome-3-24
3. Add back a gtksourceview module for the master branch

The biggest change with GtkSourceView 4 will be to rename the namespace
of the code from GtkSource to Gsv.

So if you build modules in jhbuild that depend on GtkSourceView, please
update your jhbuild.

gnome-continuous has been also updated.
