Hi,

Please remember to let me know in advance if you're planning to do a
3.22 release but won't be able to make this release deadline (23:59 UTC
tomorrow).

Also, please check your modules for translation updates before deciding
not to do a release. Since this is the last scheduled stable release of
the cycle, it would be good to roll new tarballs even if there are only
translation changes.
