Disabling search in text

Hi,

I use Epiphany daily and would like to find a solution to a little
problem I have. Every time I type a letter with '~^, etc, like êãíó,
Epiphany jumps to the next occurence of a word with these letter. This
is incredibly annoying, specially when dealing with Gmail, large
threads and replying mails.

I'd like to keep with Epiphany, GNOME's official browser. Do you know
any solution to this?
