[Evolution] force utf-8 encoding in mbox files

Hi,

I have developped a script python to extract few data from a mbox file
created by evolution.

This script create a txt file with only From, To and Cc fileds. For
title and content i have a problem i didn't anticipate. 

In this mbox file there is iso-8859-1 and utf-8 files so i cant
decode/encode each message separately. 

(maybe it is possible but i didn't find how to do that :o)


So my question is to know if its possible to force a specific encoding
for mbox files ? In my case I'd like that evolution encode/decode all my
messages that are in the same mbox file with utf-8.
